Rare Single Malt Whisky ~ Fleeting Q ~ 54% ~ 500mL
Made from a historic variety of barley (Golden Promise) that produces spirits with great complexity, this single malt whisky from Michel Couvreur was matured in Colheita pipes that smell powerfully of a Ruby's fruitiness and the complexity of a Tawny Port. 10 years of ageing has resulted to spicy flavors and an incredible rancio offering a very elegant finish. To keep its energy and concentration, it was bottled at natural strength of approximately 54%. The bottling has been made on February 3, 2021, obtaining only 2000 bottles and 12 magnums.
