Pago La Jara

Made from 100% Tinto de Toro grapes, this red wine from Castilla y Leon (Spain) is aged for 18 months in different-sized French oak barrels. The nose expresses an attractive bouquet of dark cherry, iodine, vanilla pod, and black olives that gently unfurl in the glass. The sweet opening on the palate of this medium-bodied wine displays a pleasant fleshiness along with sweet hints and stark acidity. Pago La Jara by Telmo Rodriguez pairs well with beef, lamb, and game dishes. Available for deliveries within Metro Manila.

Grape Variety / Blend: tinta de toro, albillo mayor
Winery / Estate: Telmo Rodrìguez
