This rich red wine with a lovely violet color is made from 100% ungrafted Cabernet Sauvignon and grows in the unique terroir of the Isla de Maipo vineyard in the Maipo Valley (Chile). The Mediterranean climate and rich gravel soils produce Cabernets that have gained fame worldwide. The nose is bursting with vibrant aromas of cassis, cloves, tobacco leaves, and graphite - these flavors are also present on the palate, which then continues into a long and pure finish. The wine can be consumed young or aged for a further ten years. Ungrafted Cabernet is the perfect pairing partner with roasted meats, root vegetables, or a variety of different cheeses.
