Many of the parcels are old, pergola trained vines, contributing to low yields and high concentration while maintaining aromatic clarity. Specializing in Albariño alongside rare red varietals such as Caiño, Espadeiro, and Loureiro Tinto, Forjas del Salnés crafts wines that are vibrant, saline, and highly expressive of their coastal terroir. The focus on indigenous grapes and traditional vineyard practices highlights the unique identity of Galicia. In the cellar, the approach is low intervention, with native yeast fermentations, gentle extraction, and a mix of stainless steel and neutral oak aging to preserve freshness and enhance texture.
